She has been associated and functioning as a strategic consultant with various esteemed clients like Indian Strategic Reserves Ltd, Gas Authority of India Ltd, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, Aegis Logistics Ltd, Aegis Gas Pvt Ltd, Hindustan Aegis Gas Pvt Ltd, Sealord Containers Ltd, Konkan Storage Systems Pvt Ltd, JBF Petrochemicals Ltd, JBF Industries Ltd over the career span.

Ms. Gadi has been associated with Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers for the last 8 years and has been involved in handling complex insurance portfolios of many large corporates and is also engaged in developing risk management programs for these corporates. Currently, her focus area involves the management of the entire insurance portfolio of many banks and financial institutions including cyber insurance where she has had several discussions on the subject with banks on a PAN India basis. Prior to working with Anand Rathi, she was associated with Marsh (India) Insurance Brokers for 3 years with their Property Practice team.

He brings with him, a rich experience of close to 20 years, in Sales and Distribution. Debashish started his career with Marico Industries Limited and has worked with HDFC Bank Limited, ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited, Reliance General Insurance Company Limited and SBI General Insurance Company Limited. At SBI General Insurance, he was National Channel Manager, handling their agency business. His last assignment was with Mahindra Insurance Brokers Limited as Head of their PoS business. He helped MIBL in setting up PoS business under the brand name ‘Sajhedaari’

Mr. Deodhar comes with a rich experience of 20 years accumulated across various broking entities Aon Global, Aditya Birla, Toyota Tsusho. He is an expert at designing reinsurance arrangements for multiple classes of business. Some of the specialized treaties developed by him have generated multi-million premium income for insurers. He has been involved in facultative reinsurance placements both domestic and international for various classes of business like Property, Engineering, Marine, Aviation, Oil and Engineering, etc. He is familiar with various markets and has been successful in the placement of business from Africa, SAARC, the Middle East and the Far East region. Kapil has also been sharing his knowledge at various forums including the Insurance Institute of India

Mr.Rajan has an overall insurance experience of over 40 years. He worked with Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. for 34 years since the year 1981 in a senior position heading Region at various places like Vadodara, Delhi & Mumbai. He has got rich experience of handling large Corporate Accounts. He has handled a huge volume of claims and he has extensive knowledge of general Insurance Products.

Ms. Porwal has insurance experience of over 39 years. She worked in National Insurance Company for 33 years in various capacities as Branch and Divisional in charge. She has successfully handled many large corporate clients. She has in-depth technical knowledge and experience in placing large property and casualty policies for the financial sector. Her specialty is in actuarial presentation to insurers, particularly Miscellaneous Insurances.

Mr. K. K. Rao has 36 years of rich experience in the General Insurance Industry. He started working with New India Assurance Co.Ltd.in the year 1980. He is well experienced in designing tailor-made insurance solutions for customers. Mr. Rao has been instrumental in designing new covers like- ‘Super Top-up Health Insurance’ and ‘Distributor Loss of Revenue Insurance’. He has diverse experience in multiple lines of business including Property and Engineering, Health, Marketing, IT and Miscellaneous, to name a few. Prior to joining Anand Rathi Mr. Rao has worked with The New India Assurance Company Ltd. for 27 years in various capacities. He then moved to United India Insurance Company Ltd. as Deputy General Manager, where he was for 3years. Following this, he shifted to The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. as General Manager and superannuated as a full-time Director and General Manager.

Mr. Sinha has an overall insurance experience of over 40 years. He worked in The New India Assurance Co. Ltd for 34 years since the year 1981. During his career span, he has acquired rich and varied experience in Estate, Marketing, Technical, and other allied areas of General Insurance.

Amjad Khan brings in 15+ years of valuable experience in the General Insurance sector, with more than a decade in the Employee Benefits space in India. His core responsibilities include structuring and developing the Employee Benefit business in India. Designing corporate Wellness Solutions with mechanisms to measure, execute & engage a large employee population & Technical Innovation to simplify large and complex operations and administrations in Benefits have been other key areas of work with a noted contribution. While working with reputable financial services groups in India like ICICI, Aditya Birla, Shriram in his past experience has been instrumental in building up a strong service framework for these companies in the employee benefits space in India. Underwriting benefits portfolio, Business development strategies, Corporate sales and Relationship management are his core areas of strength.

Mr. Sudhish Ramteke is a graduate in Electrical Engineering and has an impressive record of 28 years in General Insurance and Risk Management. This all round experience is across various facets of General Insurance mainly consisting of Risk Management, Risk Engineering & Property Loss Control, Risk Evaluation & analytics, Technical –Property Insurance Specialist – Underwriting & Claims management ( Property & Engineering lines).
Prior to joining Anand Rathi, Mr. Ramteke had worked with New India Assurance for 11 years. He then moved to ICICI Lombard, followed by Marsh India.
